Architetture dall’Italia
Eighty years of the Italian Republic and architecture: ideas, projects and visions that have shaped the present and look to the future.
On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Italian Republic, the Museum is dedicating an exhibition to Italian architecture. The project traces a historical period that began with the founding of the Republic, recounting the now internationally recognised role of a new generation of Italian architects and offering a glimpse into the future.
The exhibition brings together the voices of the most influential figures in Italian architecture at the turn of the millennium, celebrating the major architectural themes in which the Italian Republic has distinguished itself, before reaching the heart of the narrative with a selection of exemplary projects carried out in recent years by Italian architects in Italy and around the world.
