Das 2013 errichtete Haus 2226 hat ein überaus großes mediales Echo erfahren. Der Grund liegt in der raffinierten Planung dieses Bürobaus: es kommt ohne Heizung, Klimaanlage und Lüftung aus. „Wenn wir heute eine ungeheure Menge an Haustechnik, Luft- und Wassersystemen im Gebäude installieren, um komfortable Verhältnisse zu erreichen, stellt sich die Frage, ob es nicht effektivere Methoden gibt“, so Dietmar Eberle.
